Key Responsibilities

Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all customers receive timely and attentive service
Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, providing them with convenient and suitable time slots
Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that every customer experience meets our high standards of excellence
Maintaining a working knowledge of our dealership systems and technologies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
