Our current Customer Service team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, all sharing a common goal: to provide the best possible service to our clients and make them satisfied. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing support and guidance via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for helping clients find the right products and services, proactively assisting them online and offline, and delivering service with a smile.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written. A Bachelor's degree or academic level is also required, along with a super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment in interacting with clients. You should be a dynamic and flexible individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. A solution-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is also desirable, along with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
