This role is pivotal in collecting Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through communication and interactions with customers, documenting gathered information, and implementing action items in partnership with Brokerage Operations to grow revenue and reduce churn. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,640/year to $105,060/year, depending on your location and qualifications.
