We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team. As a BCBA at CSD, you will have the opportunity to design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our regional team and Board of Clinical Quality to ensure that our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and their family.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline, such as psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, or pediatric therapy. You will also need to have a BCBA credential and some related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
To excel in this role, you will need to have strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software and have the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.
