About the Role

The CS Technology team, part of the CS organization, is responsible for developing and maintaining the right CS tools and technologies to support the operation, growth, and scalability of our Customer Service business. We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and manage innovation, focusing on improving our members' and support agents' experience with our member management platform. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer and agent experience, working closely with cross-functional teams across the Product and Customer Service organization, as well as third-party solution providers.
