- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring seamless delivery of customer insights to internal stakeholders.

- Ensure the development and scaling of tools to support the security and integrity of customer data analysis, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and customer privacy.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 9 years' experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong background in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to supporting an inclusive culture.
