We're seeking an experienced Phone and Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for verifying nurses' credentials, following up with clients, and handling phone calls to ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals and facilities. **Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and alternatives
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
* Performing data entry and customer service tasks
* Navigating online efficiently to access client information and resources
* Working with clients to resolve issues and provide support
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
* Flexibility to cross-train as requested to meet the evolving needs of our clients
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online systems
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learner and able to work independently
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
* Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll enjoy:
* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
* Paid Training: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
* Status: Full-time, 40 hours
