**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
* Enter patient data into our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Verify patient information and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with intake processes, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communication

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or registration as a Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in the state of Arizona
* 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a specialty pharmacy or hospital setting
* Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including data entry and intake processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues
* Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with specialty pharmacy operations and patient care
