In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients and healthcare providers, providing professional phone assistance and support through our criteria-based prior authorization process. As a Pharmacy Technician Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, as well as transferring clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. This is a temporary, remote position with assigned shifts varying from 7AM-8PM CT, and training hours from 8AM-430PM CT. The duration of this position is 6-12 months, with a competitive hourly rate of $19-21.70.
