Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Maintain organized schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure punctuality.
- Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to messages, and uphold clarity and professionalism in communication.
- Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach initiatives to potential clients and partners, manage follow-ups, and ensure effective communication.
- Project & Task Management: Utilize organizational tools like ClickUp or Notion to oversee projects and meet deadlines.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor interactions, facilitating calls and ensuring clear communication.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on prospective leads or vendors, producing well-organized summaries and reports.
- Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Use tools like Loom to create updates and walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholders remain informed – comfort on camera is essential!
Required Skills
- Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly via email, phone, and other platforms.
- Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Curious Mindset: Eager to explore new subjects and learn continuously.
- Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Website builders, Google Analytics, and basic design software like Canva is advantageous.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects: Concurrently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
