**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in online chat platforms and software applications
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other activities that demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in online chat platforms and software applications
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other activities that demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking
