About the Position The Customer Service Representative I position at arenaflex is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of flexibility and growth opportunities. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients across multiple banks and states. This role involves answering inbound calls and chats, addressing client needs, and supporting sales initiatives. You'll undergo comprehensive training both remotely and onsite, with the flexibility to work from home post-training, subject to business needs. Key Responsibilities - Answers inbound client calls and chats spanning multiple banks and states, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for each client. - Addresses needs ranging from routine balance and transaction questions to more complex issues requiring further research, utilizing available arenaflex tools and resources. - Maintains high client service standards throughout all activities, providing a positive and professional experience for clients. - Serves as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information to both associates and clients, ensuring seamless communication and support. - Maintains current knowledge of client calls regarding retail, commercial, bankcard, and online banking, staying up-to-date on enterprise-wide changes and impacts. - Communicates enterprise-wide changes and impacts to clients as necessary, ensuring transparency and trust. - Serves as initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting the reported activity and taking appropriate action, including opening, closing, or placing holds on accounts. - Identifies cross-sales opportunities through client profiles and account detail information, promoting arenaflex products to clients and making referrals to sales teams when possible. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: - High school diploma or GED with 1 year call center or customer service experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. - Working knowledge of PC-based software, with the ability to work in multiple software applications at one time. - Strong keyboard skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to display professionalism while interacting with others, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: - Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. - Bachelor's degree, with a focus on business, communications, or a related field. - Financial Services experience, with knowledge of banking products and services. - Bilingual (Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients who speak Spanish.
