**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise as a pharmacy technician will enable you to navigate complex medication orders, clarify discrepancies, and ensure seamless communication with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry and other administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Active licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey
* Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures
* LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, including their uses, side effects, and interactions
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Familiarity with frameworks and ECM knowledge a plus, but not required

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
