**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU system, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional client service. This is a remote position, but you must reside in the state of Ohio.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and documentation
* Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and achieve departmental goals
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, research, organize, and analyze data
* Ability to work independently with limited direction, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
* Successful at working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with the SDU system or similar data entry systems
* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
