Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative to provide top-notch service to our clients' customers via phone. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate and efficient responses, and creating a positive experience for each caller. About the Position This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week, with a flexible remote arrangement. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with occasional on-site visits to our Allentown, PA office. As a Part-Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing all inquiries and providing accurate and efficient responses. - Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on creating a positive experience for each caller. - Building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. - Striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues. - Communicating and following instructions for one call customer resolution. - Delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns. - Taking an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data entry and analysis. - SAP experience is preferred, but not required. - Excellent data entry accuracy and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment. - Experience with customer service in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled. - Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards, with a strong focus on meeting objectives. Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus: - Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management. - Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
