Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, baggage and ticketing issues, and resolve related grievances and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a modernized retail point-of-sale system, manage boarding, baggage services, reservations, and settle related issues.
- Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions.
- Check-in baggage and freight, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information to guests via phone and in-person.
- Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues promptly and within company guidelines.
- Provide current and accurate flight information, schedules, and reservations data to customers and guests.
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, including anomaly and objection reports.
- Perform other job duties as directed by management.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to type and use a PC keyboard with adequate speed to meet job requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
