Job Overview

This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing financial service support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client inquiries effectively. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Before transitioning to the 3rd shift schedule, you will undergo a comprehensive week-long training program from 8 AM to 5 PM, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
