Hi, I'm Noemi, the founder of a growing company.
Our team is fully remote and built on talented freelancers, which has been great for getting us to where we are. But as we grow, I've realized I'm becoming the bottleneck. I'm still stuck in the weeds, and I know that to scale properly, I need to get serious about our operations.
I'm looking for an experienced operations leader to be my coach. This isn't a role for a junior consultant. I'm looking for someone who has been in the trenches as a senior ops manager, director, or COO and has mastered the art of making a business run smoothly.
Frankly, I don't care if you come from a big corporation, a manufacturing background, or a tech startup. What matters is that you have deep, real-world experience in three key areas:
Delegation: Teach me how to hand off work with clarity and trust, so my team feels empowered and I don't have to micromanage.
Building Systems: Help me turn our current chaos into simple, repeatable processes (SOPs). I want to build a solid foundation that makes our work more consistent and less stressful.
Managing Remote Teams: Show me how to best manage and motivate a team of freelancers. This includes setting clear goals (KPIs), giving effective feedback, and keeping everyone aligned and engaged.
This is a coaching role, not a "doing" role. I need your brain, your experience, and your guidance to help me become a better operational leader.
