Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and new merchant partners to assist them in completing the self-service application and integration process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the SMB merchant self-service experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proactively identify stalled opportunities and take initiative to increase prospective merchant partner engagement, driving business growth and expansion.
- Triage inbound SMB queue for routing to Outbound Sales or other channels, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
- Develop standard practices and scalable processes for ongoing merchant engagement, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and communicate areas of opportunity for ongoing SMB merchant education and support, contributing to the development of training programs and resources.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong passion for Affirm's mission and a genuine interest in e-commerce and/or finance, with a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
- Minimum 12 months of prior business development, sales, or comparable experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
