Job Overview
We're currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team. As a remote CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experiences to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job – we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
