Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Reside in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina
- Possess your own computer equipment, including:
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
- Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
- Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. (Celeron processors are not recommended)
- 8GB Memory / RAM
- Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
- Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
- Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
- Note: Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible with our software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous call center customer service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
