Key Responsibilities

Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide accurate and helpful support.

Respond to incoming inquiries across various media channels, including phone, email, and chat, with a positive, professional, customer-centric attitude.

Act with integrity at all times, communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

De-escalate issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills, taking ownership of customer inquiries and working toward resolutions.

Utilize internal systems and resources efficiently, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures, and escalating issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance.

Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature.

Good problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, with a "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers.

Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment, with strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, and a strong home WiFi connection, with a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience preferred, with savvy computer knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
