About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. - Be over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED

- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
In addition to these qualifications, we prefer candidates who have:
- 6 months of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to use Windows operating systems and proficiency in using various software applications
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
