**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
* Utilizing resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
* Identifying and escalating any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Providing feedback to management on common customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes
**Requirements**
