Key Responsibilities

• Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise, and friendly support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty
• Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

• Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
• Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, who is proactive, flexible, and passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
