As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' customers receive exceptional support through live chat. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have strong communication skills, and a desire to help others, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers * Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries * Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive support experience * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support **Essential Qualifications:** * Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries * Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have) * Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms * Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support **Attitude and Skills:** * A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude * Proactive and can-do approach to work * Genuine enjoyment in helping people solve their problems and caring about customer experience * Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement * Excellent time management and organizational skills **Additional Information:** * This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week * Reliable internet connection is essential, as any downtime will significantly impact performance on live chat support * The exact work schedule depends on the client you're assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule, requiring flexibility * We prioritize our team members' well-being, offering a good work-life balance and respectful work environment * This role has the potential for growth into technical support, making it ideal for anyone looking to advance their career in customer support **What We Offer:** * Fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere * Paid training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed * Equipment provided to ensure you have the tools you need to perform your job effectively * HMO benefits to support your physical and mental well-being * Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per month, depending on experience **Ready to Join Our Team?** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills and qualifications we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
