You will work closely with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities** * **Daily Growth**: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members * **Customer Interactions**: Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions * **Cross-Sell and Customer Service Goals**: Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals * **Strong Work Ethic**: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow * **Position**: Approximately 90% service, 10% sales **Requirements** * **Insurance Customer Service Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in insurance customer service * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills * **Willingness to Learn**: Possess a willingness to learn and be teachable (no egos please) * **Multi-Tasking**: Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy * **Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License**: MUST HAVE a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License **Essential Qualifications** * **Customer Service Focus**: A genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life through assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages or products * **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively **Preferred Qualifications** * **Insurance Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products * **Sales Experience**: Experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry * **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and motivate others **Skills and Competencies** * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals * **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
