**Experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative – Industrial/Commercial Sales**

We're proud to offer a dynamic work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties** As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner * Determining customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions * Recommending alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications * Presenting price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures of arenaflex * Accurately processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns * Providing accurate information regarding the availability of in-stock items * Obtaining accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery * Increasing sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sale items * Educating customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction * Developing meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty * Actively participating in shipping, receiving, and inventory processes * Contacting customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints * Filling requests for catalogs, information, or samples * Capturing accurate and complete information in arenaflex software * Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with other members of the distribution team * Presenting a professional image at all times to customers and vendors **Required Skills/Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to calculate percentages and pricing quickly and accurately * Strong Time Management skills * Ability to work independently **Other Requirements** * Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal background check * Be able to provide valid documentation to provide proof of citizenship in accordance with I-9 document * Display a professional and courteous attitude * Report to work at the designated start time/maintain a strong attendance record * Willing to travel to various work sites or training as required * Willing to work overtime when necessary * Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures and comply with arenaflex's "Stop Work" policy * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as directed * Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and Supervisor with other duties as required **Education and Experience** * Associate degree (Preferred) * Customer Service 2 years (required) * Minimum of two years of successful selling experience, emphasis on Industrial/commercial sales preferred * Must be persistent, energetic, and entrepreneurial * PC proficiency **Working Conditions, Hours, Travel** * This job operates in an office and warehouse environment * This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. * This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. * Minimal travel is expected for this position **Physical Requirements** * Ability to sit for long periods of time * Frequent use of hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, such as a keyboard or mouse * Ability to reach, bend, stoop occasionally * May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds * Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus while working on computer, navigating warehouse, etc. * Must have ability to hear and speak to interact with customers, coworkers, etc. on the telephone or by video conference * Some of the work will require exposure to loud noises and various temperatures when in the warehouse facility. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive Pay * Retention Bonus * Monthly Profit-Sharing Opportunity * Uniforms Provided * Steel Toe Boot Allowance * Vacation and Sick Leave * 9 Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday * 401k with 401k Match * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Voluntary Life, Long and Short-Term Disability, Hospitalization, Critical Illness, Accident, and Pet Insurance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
