**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with arenaflex's service standards
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
* Following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
