As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our HR Shared Services team, working closely with our local and global skills groups to provide timely and effective support to our employees. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
* Assisting with applications that impact all employees, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
* Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
* Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees
* Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
* Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
* Demonstrated experience in Mass Uploads (EIB)
* Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
* Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
* Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
* Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
* Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
