You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, working closely with our local and global teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions. Your expertise in Workday HCM and Mass Uploads (EIB) will enable you to ensure the accuracy of employee data and optimize our HR processes. **Key Responsibilities** * **Ensure the accuracy of employee data**: You'll be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes, ensuring that employee data is accurate and up-to-date. * **Support HR applications**: You'll assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, so employees can focus on doing their best work. * **Research and implement new tools and strategies**: You'll have the opportunity to research new equipment and strategies that can simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization. * **Create and maintain our HR knowledge base**: You'll help create, write, and manage our HR knowledge base for our employees, providing them with the information they need to succeed. * **Analyze and operationalize new employee services**: You'll assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding. * **Perform system and testing audits**: You'll perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and recording results and discrepancies. **Required Qualifications** * **Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM**: You'll have experience working with Workday HCM, including Mass Uploads (EIB). * **Project management, communication, and customer service skills**: You'll possess strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. * **Strong analytical skills**: You'll have a strong interest in data and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * **Ability to troubleshoot**: You'll be able to resolve issues using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems. * **Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field**: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. * **Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist**: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus. * **Experience with Zendesk ticketing system**: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary**: We offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience. * **Remote work opportunities**: You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with the opportunity to collaborate with our global team. * **Opportunities for growth and development**: We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. * **Collaborative and inclusive culture**: Our team is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusivity, creativity, and continuous learning. * **Comprehensive benefits package**: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
