Key Responsibilities
- 90% Customer and Professional Trade Organizations (PTO) customer care via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems
- 10% Document customer interactions using electronic software tools and ensure end-to-end support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional trade organizations and customers
- Perform other activities as assigned by leadership
