About the Role: Guest Services Agent As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be the face of A Better Life, providing exceptional support to our guests and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Unparalleled Guest Experiences Check-Ins: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, provide essential information about the property, and ensure a smooth check-in process. Property Preparation: Prepare properties for guest arrivals, including staging and ensuring everything is in perfect condition. Arrival Assistance: Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the property and local area. Grocery Shopping: Fulfill grocery orders for guests, ensuring all items are delivered and accurately selected. Errand Running: Handle various concierge errands as needed to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
