Job Overview
As a Project Manager III, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Price Migration project. You will be responsible for developing, defining, and executing project plans, scopes, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Your strong leadership and project management skills will be essential in ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget constraints, and to the required quality standards. You will interact with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, and other internal departments, as well as client or vendor/subcontractor organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles, and coordinate activities and tasks among project team members and other internal departments.
- Assign and monitor the work of project team members, providing technical and analytical support and direction as needed, and interface with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters.
- Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure project goals, such as deadlines, scope, and quality, are achieved, and assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, both internally and externally, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in project management, including:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
