Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialized help for network framework and desktop systems software and hardware
- Introducing, arranging, and investigating desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues
- Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record framework security
- Providing technical support to PC system clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote area
- Assisting with the utilization of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, venture frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
Core Responsibilities
