About the Remote Health Team

Our Remote Health Team is at the forefront of client interactions, and we are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience strategy, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Our team is passionate about health and wellness, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion and has experience in a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative who is a proven performer with a strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles, processes, and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms and be obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes Sundays and weekdays, and enjoy a competitive compensation package, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

This is a 5-day a week fully remote position, with hours from 2:30pm-11pm CST, Sunday to Thursday. The first two weeks of training will be Monday to Friday, and Sundays are mandatory.
