Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our services.
- Provide accurate information about flights, services, and policies, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Assist customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations, providing a seamless travel experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
