A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative at blithequark
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers and providing support via phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and handling inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls as needed
- Listening attentively to customers, collecting data, and providing basic information about our services and support
- Taking accurate notes and detailed messages, while speaking clearly and professionally on the phone

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Residency in AL, FL, GA, TX, or VA
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
Technical Requirements
To perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative, you will need:
Telephony Requirements:
- Landline phone or cellular phone with an excellent cellular connection
- Wired headset (preferred) or wireless headset with 8 hours of continuous usage and clear connection
Computer Requirements:
- Processor: Pentium i5 Quad-core (or equivalent)
- Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum
- Hard Drive: 100 GB minimum
- Two video outputs for dual monitors (Y-jacks and splitters not allowed)
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 and above
- Monitors: Primary monitor size 15″+ with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling; second monitor with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling
- Installed Software: Anti-virus (Windows): Windows Defender only; Malwarebytes as the only permitted anti-malware software
- Computer Peripheral Requirements: Webcam; plug-and-play mouse and soft-touch keyboard; approved USB headset
Internet Requirements:
- Stable cable or fiber Ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50MBps download and 10MBps upload
- Must submit a copy of your current internet bill with your address
- No wireless internet service or connection allowed (Wi-Fi not permitted)
