About the Role
As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our services and policies.
- Maintain performance goals and strive for excellence in customer service, quality, and productivity.
- Become proficient with our processes and systems after completing a structured training program, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience, which is highly desirable.
- A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently, manage time and tasks effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to perform successfully in a team environment.
