Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selection, completing transactions, and answering questions about our store and merchandise. Position Requirements

Education

We prefer candidates who have completed high school or equivalent. The ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents is essential for success in this role.

Experience

Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred. We value candidates who have a strong understanding of customer service principles and are able to apply them in a fast-paced retail environment.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. You must be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Availability
