Job Summary
As a Wholesale Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate data records. You will extract, consolidate, and review data from various auctions, ensuring that all information is correctly posted and easily accessible. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. After completing your training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with the exception of monthly team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction and Consolidation: Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into designated Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Email and Communication: Email auction data to internal teams for processing and posting, and maintain open lines of communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Data Review and Verification: Review and cross-check posted data against original auction information to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex errors in data postings, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with the posting team to maintain data accuracy, providing updates and feedback to enhance data handling processes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of auction data, posting results, and any corrections made, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
