**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support our e-commerce platform and other business-critical systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of our applications and data.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications that support our e-commerce platform and other business-critical systems
* Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business needs
* Ensure the quality, security, and reliability of our applications and data
* Collaborate with our data science team to develop data-driven solutions that inform our business decisions
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and apply this knowledge to improve our applications and processes
* Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of our applications
* Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of our applications and data
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
* Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
* Experience with data storage solutions such as relational databases (e.g., MySQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra), and data warehouses (e.g., Redshift)
* Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Flink
* Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible
* Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks such as AWS IAM and Azure Security Center
* Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA
