Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes as needed.
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates that apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the recruitment process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work.
- Advanced English level.
