**About the Role**
As a Senior Accountant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving financial reporting and analysis across our organization. You'll work closely with our finance team to develop and implement financial processes and procedures, and provide expert guidance on financial matters to our leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Planning and preparing financial reports, including journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
* Collaborating with our finance team to develop and implement financial processes and procedures
* Providing expert guidance on financial matters to our leadership team
* Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including GAAP and non-GAAP financials
* Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts
* Collaborating with our FP&A team to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes
* Providing training and support to our finance team on financial matters
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant who has a passion for financial reporting and analysis. You'll have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
* Experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting, with the ability to develop and implement financial models and forecasts
* A strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, with the ability to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes
