Key Responsibilities

• Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
• Strategic Planning: Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, leading a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
• Growth and Development: Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
• Data-Driven Insights: Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
• Product Knowledge: Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Experience in Digital Marketing: 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales is required.
• Influencing C-Level Stakeholders: Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio Management Experience: Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context is preferred.
• Selling Against Traditional and Digital Media: Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions is preferred.
• Marketing Strategy and Tactics: Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas) is preferred.
• Storytelling and Narrative Building: Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy is preferred.
• Business Acumen: Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs is preferred.
• Goal Achievement: Ability to achieve goals to drive growth is preferred.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus and equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
