**Job Description**
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical support to external clients, ensuring seamless integration of their applications and services with our platforms. You will work closely with a team of technical account managers, internal product and development teams, and a wide range of technology partners and vendors to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Effectively manage integration projects with a range of external applications and partners, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions
* Work with 3P partners to set and meet achievement targets, delivering top-notch integration projects on a quarterly basis
* Manage a team of technical account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of integration projects
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, test data integrity, confirm business processes, and deliver product contributions
* Provide technical support to development, PM, and SA teams on documentation, confirmation best practices, security risks, investigation, and testing
* Work closely with partners and internal security teams to configure, propose, and execute industry-level best practices related to security and risk for SaaS applications and 3P integrations
* Manage functional relationships with partners of small to large business-level organizations, ensuring their products are ready for launch
* Provide support and key technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively assist in safeguarding your partner's security and application architecture
**A Day in the Life**
In this role, you will work closely with a team of technical account managers, internal product and development teams, and a wide range of technology partners and vendors to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions. You will define processes that enable the team to scale, and develop tools that ensure designers can approve their answers and integrations.

**Fundamental Capabilities**
* Minimum 4 years of work experience in a technical account management role or similar position
* BA in software engineering or an important technical degree
* SME status in at least one service (AWS, APIs, Integration testing) and understanding of the engineering and functional boundaries of 3P applications, sufficient to handle escalations successfully
* Experience with functional boundaries and investigation for the following:
+ Security/Applications Improvement in a distributed systems environment
+ Inner venture or external client-facing experience as a technical lead
* Ability to comply with time constraints, focus on responsibilities among growing needs, maintain attention to detail, and work independently
* Information-driven and shows great working knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and SLAs and applies them to practice in delivering results
* Experience managing remote teams with diverse experiences and scope of skills
