**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining fundamental information requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to help packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all arenaflex brands. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with key stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant information requirements and adaptable guidelines that reflect our commitment to safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
* Developing and implementing change cycles to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner groups.
* Creating, maintaining, and executing innovative training and communication programs on assets, for internal and external audiences, to drive extensive understanding of standards, details, and information precision best practices.
* Assessing information requirements, rules, and details to advance safe, sound, and savvy solutions that align with industry standards, improve good design practices, are consistent with risk resistance assumptions, and maintain a leader position in the industry.
* Providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging information requirements, rules, and details.
* Collaborating with suitable internal regulation and guideline informed authorities, identifying effects on current information requirements and norms, taking action to mitigate risks and recognize opportunities for compliance.
* Working with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective advancement, compliance, and information precision best practice requirements and assumptions.
* Utilizing data to identify trends or issues, in association with technology groups, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent.
* Investigating industry trends and reviewing Target's corresponding information and norms practices, sharing insights and suggestions with the appropriate audience for change and compliance.
* Providing service and guidance to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in the team in results.
* Maintaining a positive team culture by exhibiting behaviors consistent with Target's values of Inclusivity, Association, and Drive; ensuring ongoing, effective communications to the team, and supporting individualized growth by offering regular performance feedback, training, recognition, and assessment.
**Requirements**
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, ideally including packaging plan and development
* Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with teams, resolve conflicts, build consensus, establish affinity, and collaborate successfully, inside and remotely, across all levels of an organization
* Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
* Gifted at creating and advising on satisfied, structure, and delivery of compelling training stages, roadshows, and communication
* Experience driving teams or projects, driving collaboration, strengthening, and cooperation
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative thinking, and scientific abilities
* Related knowledge with packaging or customer products manufacturing liked
* Strong relational and hierarchical abilities
* Adaptability and resilience; open to working in uncertain and constantly changing conditions
