Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our Finance and Payroll team in APAC, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Input and update customer information and account details with precision, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.
* Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
