**Role Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry, Customer Service Professional with Omnicare, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with our pharmacy team to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and colleagues. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform order entry tasks, including triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions
* Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and provide best-in-class customer service
* Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
* Provide dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner

**Required Qualifications**
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Education**
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$30.00 - $60.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
