Our Heart At Work Behaviors guide everything we do, from the way we interact with our patients to the way we collaborate with our colleagues. **Role Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry, Customer Service Professional with Omnicare, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with our pharmacy team to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and colleagues. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform order entry tasks, including triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions * Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and provide best-in-class customer service * Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure * Provide dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings.
