As a full stack data engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing and delivering software solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient data solutions using relational database management systems (RDBMS) and cloud-based platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet stringent regulatory expectations
* Develop and maintain powerful test cases that are integrated into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality data solutions
* Utilize observability tools and techniques to identify root causes of failures in time-sensitive processes and implement scalable solutions
* Work with SQL to design and optimize database schema, queries, and indexing for improved performance and scalability
* Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and engage with the wider engineering community to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in developing, deploying, and operating RDBMS in development, test, and production environments
* Proven experience in growing observability capabilities into solutions to enable root cause analysis of failures in time-sensitive processes
* 2+ years of experience in scalability with SQL
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Exposure to public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus
* Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink
